Mother Nature's Wash Day

Nature’s Wash Day

Quiet
Dead quiet
Air filled with humid stifling high hot heat
The air smells thick with water
No warning was given
Only an intuitive feeling
As to what was about to happen

Torrential silver sheets burst down
Hitting so hard it frothed n foamed
the ground
Wind whipping
Undulating
Agitating water not unlike inside
a gigantic washing machine

Then as it slowly all started to cease
Sounds of huge drums began to beat
Electric flashing
Crackling
Snapping
Whipping snakes filled the darkened sky

It seemed the cleansing was fully complete
The thunder
Lightening
Rain slowed to a soft gentle flow
The sun burst forth with drying heat
The sky was filled with big white clouds
stuck on azure blue

Quiet
Dead quiet
Air thick with humid stifling high hot heat
The air smells thick with water

Questions Answered

He says
“be careful of the questions you ask”
“you just might get the real answer”

She says
“really”
“lover, when I ask questions of anyone”
“the real answer is what I seek”

He says
“be careful of the wishes you make”
“they might just come to pass”

She says
“hon, I wish nothing I don’t want to come true”
“when I wish I do it with much hard thinking”
“knowing I must be responsible”
“and except the consequences that will surly come
attached”

“that includes you loving me”
“and me loving you”

Poetry/ Her Truths

My dream is huge;
covering many lives,
those before and now
and those to come.

My song is passionate pink colored,
heard throughout the universe.
I see into the very soul of all things,
Hear the throbbing beating heart of all molecules.

I speak the truth to myself
even if no other is near.
If I don’t speak the truth to myself,
how can I speak it to others.

My eyes are not always clear I must confess,
they have been jaded
through mans inhumanity to man,
his inhumanity to nature.

Because of this I am in awe;
of all the beauty and wondrous things
my eyes have captured in their view,
things I will cherish throughout eternity.

The wondrous things I have seen,
that I have felt keep my touch soft,
tender and able to feel your hurt,
a touch capable of healing.

I am calm in the midst of chaos;
storms make me feel alive,
fully awakens my senses.
It is the mundane that makes me nervous,
fills me with unease.

Many have been my demons throughout my life;
there have been many very dark fears,
though most have been conquered except one,
that being trusting what other humans say.

Those words of love and devotion they swear,
how quickly there actions show the opposite.
The only thing I trust fully,
is if I need him he will be there.

In all our lives before he has not let me down,
I pray, wish, and hope,
he will be there for me
in this Life.

To Quench My Thirst (Adult Content)

I crawl alongYour strong firm arches
Up your columns
To your fountains spout
Protruding to my mouth
I drink greedily from it
Not because I am your lover
Because I am a woman
dying of thirst

Grandmother's View (Native American Indian)

She looks down upon the world
Upon the chaos that erupts everywhere
Pain, hurt, illusions, and delusions
The violence man has brought throughout
She wonders why so many human don’t
seem to even
give a care

She is abhorred by the wealthy
Wallowing in opulence
Like pigs eating at a troth they gorge
to get there fill
there bellies
of material swill

The more they devourer the more they crave
There bellies never quenched
of there greedy hunger
there greedy thirst
many nothing more then war mongers

Tears cloud her eyes and begin to fall
And great pride fills her breast
For all those living
Not in opulence wealth
Surviving and trying to save the planet
as well as
all else

She wonders deeply
If one day she’ll look down
To see that this planet
called earth
will forever
be gone

Warrior's Mind Lost In Hell (PSTD)

She awakes to the thrashing
of his arms and legs
Hears his moans and screams
of his tormented dreams
Her Warrior’s mind is still living in hell

Softly she slips from there bed
Where she usually sleeps clinging
to the edge
She wipes the wetness she feels
on her mouth and nose
Sadly glad it wasn’t her ribs again
that got another dreaming battle
bruise

Softly she whispers his name as she
stands by the bedShaking, frightened for them both
Wondering when and if this living
hell will ever end

Finally her voice pulls him out of hisdreaming hell battle of war
She goes to comfort him and like
all the other times
He brushes her aside and rushes
out the bedroom door

She knows he’s going for the bottle
of Scotch
He’ll go to the back porch to nurse his pain
She’ll lay in there bed crying and hurting for the both of them

As he lies where he falls and she lies
a lone in there bed
Both will be wondering when and if
they’ll ever stop living lost in hell
ever again

Capturing Me

2008

Romantically with patients
Take your time
Start with my mind
fulfill my midnight wishes
Cover me with soft sensual kisses
show me there is no place off limit
Make love to me slowly, don’t rush
lover, take your time

Passionately and sincerely
Let my sweetness
become your weakness
Use your lips and tongue
include my ears
Listen to the sweet sounds of my moans
see what you hear
with all your senses

Sensually and honestly
Say what you mean and mean what you say
Don’t just tell me you love me
show me you love me daily
Let all my fantasies that dance in my head
become my moonlight reality
when making love
Kiss me and lick me all over
until you find all my
secret places
Love me until I scream with passion

Lovingly and completely
Let my sexual wishes become your loving commands
Love me with your
Mind
Body
Soul

Making love to me is a gift
A gift I will give you in return
each
and
every
time
